The RIW in Catalan Studies will provide a cross-disciplinary space for students and professors to gather regularly in order to read, view, and discuss representations of Catalonia both canonical and emerging. As a workshop that focuses on both theoretical issues and the acquisition of Catalan language skills, the RIW in Catalan Studies aims to fill in the institutional gap at the University for students learning and researching the minority language and culture.
